Is CrossFit for me?
Yes! Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. We can modify workouts to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.
Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?
No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. Every workout is infinitely scalable and designed to be suitable for beginners and elite athletes.
How long are classes?
Each class is 1 hour and includes an instructor led warm up, work out and cool down. Our coaches will monitor your movements to ensure safety and assist you with proper technique.
Can I try a class for free?
We don’t offer a free trial class, but you can try us out with a $25 drop in visit. If you decide you want to stick around longer, you can put that drop in cost toward a two month new member trial. Sign up here.
Do I need to register for classes?
No! We have 9,000sq feet and plenty of space at every class time.
Do you offer open gym?
Yes. Open gym is available as an add on to your regular membership cost.
